Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. Sign up with your email and run your first audit straight away. You only add payment details if you upgrade.
What counts as an audit?
Each time you start an audit of a website counts once, however many pages it covers. Failed audits don't count. On the Free plan the count resets on the 1st of each month.
What is the difference between Pro and Agency?
Both include every feature. Agency covers more: up to 100 pages per audit instead of 25, 100 monitored URLs per site checked every 30 minutes instead of 25 checked hourly, 100 AI search prompts per site instead of 25, and priority support.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch between Pro and Agency from Profile → Billing; the price difference is prorated and charged or credited right away. Cancel any time from Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your audits and data stay.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, so your invoice comes from Paddle. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days of being charged, no questions asked. Email support@seodevil.com or reply to your Paddle receipt.
What happens to applied fixes if I downgrade?
They stay on your site. You can still see and undo every change SEODevil made after downgrading; applying new fixes needs Pro or Agency.
Is there a yearly plan or a free trial?
Not at the moment. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time, and the Free plan lets you try audits, AI fixes and monitoring before paying.
